A final and very short paragraph about the Nguyen matter :
· I am very disappointed with the seemingly uncaring attitude of many people I know (and don’t know) over Nguyen’s situation. Its depressing really, when you come across so many people who has a stone as a heart, so selfish, so apathetic, and are so blissfully cocooned in their own little world.
· Some of the most vile and vicious comments against Nguyen came from people who classify themselves as “Christian” or “Catholic.” I don’t know what happens to these people when they go to church on Sundays. But they really have some serious attitude problems !!!
· Two weeks after the execution, The Straits Times Singapore is still talking about the issue and insisting that Singapore’s stance is right. Some people can’t seem to let go can they ?! (Singapore’s legendary kiasuness in full flight here) For more info, check this link out :

· Me and my mother ‘s eyes were all red and wet (no, we were not peeling onions ! ) when we watched the live coverage of the funeral on Foxtel’s Sky News Digital. It was extremely moving and touching.
